Log into Your Network Solutions’ Account Manager
You are able to access your Microsoft Office 365 product through your Network Solutions’ Account Manager:
- 1. Click here to access the Network Solutions’ Account Manager.
The Login page appears:
- 2. In the fields, enter your credentials for User ID and Password. Then click the Login button.
- 3. In the Account Manager, click Microsoft Office 365.

Create A User With A Domain In Your Account
- 1. On the subscription summary page, select the Assign First User button next to the subscription where you want to create a user.
- 2. You will be asked to select the domain you would like to use with your domain-based email.
- 3. Select “Use a domain already in my account” and then Continue.
- 4. You will be presented with a list of eligible domains in your account.
- 5. Select the domain you wish to use and click Continue.
- 6. Next, you will be asked to create your first user email account.
- 7. You will be asked to provide the email username for the account. (i.e. admin@longdomainname.com), the first and last name of the user, the display name which will display to email recipients, password for the account, and whether the user will be given administrator rights.
- 8. Select the Continue button.
- 9. You have successfully created your first Office 365 user.
Assign A Domain Hosted Externally
- 1. On the subscription summary page, select the Assign First User button next to the subscription where you want to create the user.
- 2. You will be asked to select the domain you would like to use with your domain-based email.
- 3. Select "Use a domain not in my Network Solutions account".
- 4. Provide the domain you wish to use.
- 5. To ensure your email works with the externally hosted domain, it will be necessary to take some additional steps. Select "Continue".
- 6. You will be provided with the DNS settings you need to change with your DNS host. Follow the steps provided by your DNS host to complete this step.
- 7. Once you have updated the records with your DNS host, select Verify My Domain in the Network Solutions account manager.
- 8. Next, you will be asked to create your first user email account.
- 9. You will be asked to provide the email username for the account. (i.e. admin@longdomainname.com), the first and last name of the user, the display name which will display to email recipients, password for the account, and whether the user will be given administrator rights.
- 10. Select the "Continue" button
You have successfully created your first Office 365 user.
