Important: This article applies to Web.com customers only.

You can set your domain to renew automatically every year without having to call into Web.com.

Follow these steps to set your domain to automatically renew:

  1. 1. Click here to log into the Web.com Account Manager. 
  2. The Home page of your Account Manager appears.
  3. 2. Click the Domains tile. Notice that when you hover over the tile, the instructional text appears:
  4. 3. In the Auto-Renew column, click the option to On, next to the domain that you want to have automatically renewed each year.
  5. Note: Your domain cannot be set to auto-renew if it is less than 25 days from the next renewal date. Please call in to renew your domain if auto-renew is turned off and the domain expires in less than 25 days.
