Then we include that exact phrase in the body content. Notice there is no excessive use of keywords. Instead, we use them naturally in the body copy. Also, it’s acceptable to use other keywords verbatim (such as law firm) as long as it is not excessive.

Even though the content is well written, because there are no keywords used, the search engines will have trouble finding the web page when a browser is looking for “criminal defense attorneys.” In addition, because the main heading (Heading 1) does not have a keyword and geo (city, state), it is unlikely the page would rank high on a search for “law firm.”
