This article explains how to reset your password or update your account.

To reset your password, follow these steps:
  1. 1. Go to Web.com
  2. 2. Click the "Login" icon in the right hand corner of the screen.
  3. 3. Click the hyperlink for "I've Forgotten my user ID or Password"

  2. 4. Enter your User ID and click "Reset Password"

You will now receive a confirmation screen that a password reset link has been sent to the email address on file.
 


Note: If you have requested to have a link sent via email to reset your password and are not seeing it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk mail folder.



If you are unable to receive the password reset link at the email on file, please click here to download the required form to update your account.
